Chiara Mazza, direttore artistico di Teverestate 2023, fondatrice e presidente dell'associazione Il Talento di Roma, ha rinvigorito la tradizione delle serate estive all'aperto organizzando incontri e intrecci fra arte, cultura, botanica, buon cibo, assagi di vini e musica.
Ci ospita nel "Salottino di Roma", immersi nella bellezza di Castel Sant’Angelo e del fiume Tevere.
Ci vuole molto talento per mettere insieme persone ed eventi. Si, perché mentre nelle piccole cittadine e nei paesini è facile trovarsi nella piazza principale, in una grossa città come Roma, con tante piazze meravigliose e molti turisti, come si fa a creare questa aggregazione? |
Chiara Mazza, artistic director of Teverestate 2023, founder and president of the association Il Talento di Roma, has revitalized the tradition of open-air summer evenings by organizing encounters and connections between art, culture, botany, good food, wine tastings, and music.
She hosts us in the "Salottino di Roma," (the little Living Room of Rome) immersed in the beauty of Castel Sant'Angelo and the Tiber River.
It takes a lot of talent to bring people and events together. Yes, because while in small towns and villages it is easy for people to gather in the main square, in a big city like Rome, with so many wonderful squares and many tourists, how do you create this kind of gathering? |

presents his book and answers questions from participants.
Le presentazioni e le attività in programma per tutta l'estate vanno dall'appuntamento di Tavola e Cultura (mai assaggiato la salvia fritta? e la pappa al pomodoro?!) all'ascolto di diversi gruppi musicali e degustazione di vini ma anche di poesie e letteratura (sì, perché no? anche le poesie e i libri vanno gustati e degustati!)
Ma le due specialità sono:
1. La collaborazione con l'Orto Botanico di Roma, per cui diversi specialisti ci raccontano i segreti delle piante (edibili e non) e di quanto ci possono curare, nel corpo e nell'anima.
2. La collaborazione con il Museo Nazionale Etrusco di Villa Giulia per cui il direttore Valentino Nizzo e la direttrice Maria Paola Guidobaldi terrano delle conversazioni sul rapporto tra il prestigioso istituto e il fiume Tevere.

The presentations and activities scheduled throughout the summer range from the "Tavola e Cultura" event (ever tasted fried sage? or "pappa al pomodoro"?!) to listening to different musical groups and wine tasting, but also including poetry and literature (yes, why not? poems and books should also be savored and enjoyed!)
But there are two specialties:
1. A collaboration with the Botanical Garden of Rome, where various specialists will tell us the secrets of plants (edible and non-edible) and how they can heal us, both in body and soul.
2. A collaboration with the National Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia, for which director Valentino Nizzo and director Maria Paola Guidobaldi will hold talks about the relationship between the prestigious institution and the Tiber River.

Il concetto di "cosa pubblica" era molto sentito dagli antichi romani che amavano ._._._._._._._._._._._. nel Foro i momenti della vita legati alla politica, alla legge, ai processi, al ._._._._._._._._._. e alla religione. Il Foro era un insieme imponente e grandioso di edifici, piazze, colonnati e templi dove si svolgeva la vita pubblica. Era anche un "orologio" nel senso che le attività nel Foro ._._._._._._._._._._. i momenti e gli "orari" della giornata. ._._._._._._._._., (un poeta noto per la sua satira e gli aneddoti sui personaggi dell'antica roma) ci racconta che il Foro era pieno verso le 11 del mattino. ._._._._._._. quindi le persone si davano appuntamento prima o dopo, con molta flessibilità sui minuti. Politics as "Res Publica": ****. That belongs to everyone. The concept of "public thing" was deeply felt by the ancient Romans who loved **** in the Forum the moments of life linked to politics, law, trials, **** and religion. The Forum was an imposing and grandiose set of buildings, squares, colonnades and temples where public life took place. It was also a "clock" in the sense that the activities in the Forum **** the moments and "times" of the day. **** , (a poet known for his satire and anecdotes about the people of ancient Rome) tells us that the Forum was full around 11 in the morning. So people **** made an appointment sooner or later, with a lot of flexibility about the minutes. The Forum also represented the **** of the time, in the sense that the news arrived or originated there. Real news, fake news or **** . Rich or poor people, people looking for **** , customers, merchants, public trials, **** looking for customers, paid fake-witnesses, senators ... all were in the Forum and its buildings. |
