If the School/Association/Company renews the membership after one year, the password might be modified.

The Agreement is between CyberItalian, Inc. (hereinafter called "CyberItalian") and the School/Association/Company (hereinafter called "you") whose name appears in the above purchase of license form.
For security reasons, any contact regarding the data of the School/Association/Company, will occur only between CyberItalian and the contact person/s named in the above purchase of licence form, representing the School/Association/Company.
CyberItalian is an interactive site on Italian language and culture. By using the site, either as a Visitor or as a Member, you agree to CyberItalian terms and conditions indicated in our Agreement.
If you decide within 30 days of purchase that CyberItalian Self-Study Courses are not right for you, CyberItalian will refund 75% of your money (25% will be retained for administrative expenses).
No refunds are possible for the Tutored Courses.
The School/Association/Company buys a license depending upon how many students/users will access the site.
This is the discount chart for an annual Teacher Assist Program, including access to all Lessons (from Beginner to Advanced) and Activities, personalized access to the site, progress report for each student, spreadsheet with grades report of all students at the end of each semester, Ask-the-Prof service and newsletter.
