Buona pratica dell'italiano!

The art historian Myriam Zerbi, temporarily engaged in music history, has written a book about Antonio Vivaldi (Un fiume di musica = A river of music) in which she tells us about the adventurous life of this brilliant Venetian musician: a priest who does not say Mass, an extraordinary violinist and theatre manager who revolutionized the music of his time, becoming famous and acclaimed throughout Europe.
After his death, his name fell into oblivion. Un fiume di musica tells us what was the adventure of rediscovering Vivaldi's music with the exciting finding of his personal library, two hundred years after the death of the Red Priest.

Read Myriam's book and listen to the famous Four Seasons, in which Vivaldi has set to music the sound of wind in autumn, the feeling of winter cold, the singing of birds in spring and the joy of peasant festivals in summer, and much more.

Enjoy the practice of the Italian language!
