- The School/University buys a license to use CyberItalian Teacher Assist and/or Fully Tutored Programs, depending upon how many students will access the site.
- The School/University can transfer the username and password to the students who will be allowed to use the CyberItalian Courses at school, at home or on any other computer.
- After the first year, the School/University can maintain access to the Teacher Assist Program and all Self-Study Courses, (including the personalized access to the site, report card for each student, a full report with grades of all students at the end of each semester and Ask-the-Prof service), by renewing the membership for 1 more year. If the School/University renews the membership for one more year, passwords may be modified to accomodate new students.
